Here at MC personnel we are working closely with an Aluminium Manufacturing company located in Maidstone to find a suitable candidate to join their team as a Dispatch Operative. Our Client provide high quality products to the commercial and residential sectors, worldwide, pioneering 110+ years of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to picking, packing, loading, and unloading
- Operate forklift (license not required) and other materials handling equipment to move products and materials
- Utilize AS400 system to track inventory and manage orders
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes
- Build and assemble products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Experience operating a forklift and other materials handling equipment
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment is preferred
- Must be able to drive and have your own car (preferred)
- Ability to commute to Maidstone
- At least 1 year experience in Warehouse

Shift pattern:
Hours 8:00am to 5:30pm Mon - Thurs & 8:00am to 4:30pmFri- 2 x 15 min breaks at 10am and 3pm respectively (paid for perm staff) & 30 mins unpaid break @ 1pm
