We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our Client's team in Bristol who will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of products and materials for the production process.

Day to Day Duties

As a Dispatch Supervisor your duties will include:

• Offloading vehicles ensuring safety measures are observed
• Ensuring relevant paperwork is present and corresponds with goods before unloading
• Quarantine of goods waiting booking in
• All receipts to be measured and inspected for damage or corrosion report any discrepancies
• Check dents correspond with mill certificates
• Locate material and note pack numbers
• Book received goods onto Stelplan
• Print tag location cards and attach to goods
• Scan completed paperwork onto Laserfiche
• File completed paperwork
