Dispute Resolution Associate Solicitor 3-4Pqe

Highly reputable national law firm recruiting a Dispute Resolution Associate Solicitor ideally with 3-4 years' PQE.

A keen interest in and experience of commercial work including contract, shareholder and IP disputes is also essential. Experience of commercial arbitration is preferable but not essential. Some experience of media disputes (including privacy and defamation) and reputation management would also be useful. Further, a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules is essential. 

Clients include household name national and international companies, purpose-driven businesses, charities and regulatory bodies, international NGOs, and corporate foundations, established philanthropists as well as small grassroots organisations.
