Senior Associate - Real Estate Dispute Resolution

Real Estate Dispute Resolution team comprises highly experienced lawyers who are dedicated solely to resolving property disputes. This makes it a leading team of its kind in London and the South East. We combine property industry knowledge with technical expertise to deliver commercially effective advice.
Your new role
Handling a wide range of contentious property matters for clients including property companies, corporate occupiers and private clients.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate should:

• want to take responsibility for his/her own cases, and be happy to develop good working relationships with clients;
• feel free to bounce ideas off colleagues, and ask questions;
• be able to carefully analyse information and reach sound decisions;
• seek to recognise the commercial drivers and react accordingly;
• recognise issues and problems that may arise and adapt (keeping clients and colleagues informed where necessary); and
• be able to listen and communicate effectively and succinctly both orally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Law degree (or conversion) and LPC.
• Successful Admittance to the Roll of Solicitors.
• 5-6 years PQE (indicative only). We would also be happy to consider more senior solicitors.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate property litigation experience.
