THE ROLE:
Are you looking for a new role? Our client is seeking a Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience in a range of litigation work. The team assists clients with a range of matters to include, but not limited to, contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial disputes and partnership disputes. The successful candidate will deal with all aspects of handling a caseload, from initial instruction right through to settlement. You will play a key role in driving the department to further success over the coming months and years. Both confident and professional, the Solicitor joining this firm should be eager to progress their career within a busy and friendly environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor with up to 3 years’ experience in this area of law. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working within a respected Dispute Resolution or litigation firm.
The client is seeking a committed and commercially aware individual who has the ability to juggle the demands of multiple cases at once and who is capable of working independently where needed. This role is well suited to a confident individual with the desire to progress within the firm and a possess a genuine willingness to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a motivated team and will continue to build the firm’s brand in the legal market.
