We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Divisional Manager to join our client’s team in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses strong leadership skills and a proven track record in recruitment to take on a key role within a thriving organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants to achieve targets.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Drive business growth through client engagement.
- Manage client portfolio while achieving personal revenue goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment leadership.
- Experience within either Commercial, Industrial or Engineering recruitment.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
- This is an office based role, so an achievable daily commute is essential.
