Divisional VP Assistant

The successful Divisional VP Assistant will provide crucial support to our Vice Presidents within the Semiconductor Equipment division. In this role, you will provide a range of key activities required to support the Vice Presidents in the efficient administration coordination of their respective functions. This role involves; Efficient Diary management : Proactively manging the VPs schedules, expense, and key communication. Travel Coordination: Handle end to end travel logistics from booking flights and accommodations to managing visas and staying updated on travel restrictions. Meetings preparation : Contribute through essential support to the preparation of business boards when needed. Facilitate and organise functional team meetings and activities, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other VP Administrative Assistants for optimal schedule alignment, minimizing overlaps and booking conflicts. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing administrative projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
