Job description
Our client is looking for 3 DM Planning Officers, 1 post each to be appointed at Officer, Senior and Principal grade.
Rates will vary according to the role but we'd typically expect £25 - £60/hr.
As you'd expect, workload will vary depending on your level of appointment with the Officer grade role focusing on minor apps and the Principal level role handling the most complex cases. We have JDs available for each level.
You will likely be dealing with a backload when you first start so you will need to be able to hit the ground running and work to ensure you meet agreed targets. You will be expected to manage your own caseload to agreed deadlines, having responsibility at every stage.
Our client will offer 3-6 month contracts but we expect these will extend. They offer agile working and will provide all IT equipment. They are based in Devon.
