Our client, a respected planning and property consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Town Planner to work out of their Exeter office. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial and rural projects.
For the role of Town Planner it is likely that the successful candidate will:
Have practical planning experience, including preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or housebuilder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
