My Client is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their business on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities within the role-
- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by project managers and estimators.
- Manage office supplies inventory in conjunction with Specialised Division and Office Manager
- Manage the plant, equipment and materials held on office premises and issued to site for contractors/projects in conjunction with Specialised Division and Office Manager
- Arrange training and certification for all Engineers, Contractors and Apprentices in conjunction with Specialised Division and Office Manager
- Co-ordinate labour schedules for all site staff alongside specialist division
- General Office duties as required - filing, photocopying, shredding, general housekeeping.
- Ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of data in line with data protection legislation
- Provide general administrative support for the Directors/Contract Managers when required
- Ensure orders are inputted into CVR forms and invoices are correctly signed off
Sage
- Processing purchase invoices, obtaining signed approval and accurate filing
- Maintaining and reconciling of purchasing ledger and sales ledger systems using SAGE 50 Accounting system
- Creating sales invoices, posting payments off against invoices and credit control
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CANDIDATES HAVE SAGE EXPERIENCE.

Hours are Monday- Thursday 9am- 5pm and Friday 9am- 4pm.
Successful candidates will need to have strong administration skills, be computer literate and be able to work in a professional manner in a small team.
