Responsibilities:
- Efficient file management to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of documents
- Implementing and maintaining document management systems to organise and track various files
- Managing DMs (Document Management) platforms effectively for seamless work flow
- Scanning and digitising documents for efficient storage and retrieval
- Handling technical documents with precision and accuracy
- Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Document Control or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in document management systems and software
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
