Salary:

40,000 - 45,000 Plus Benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proficient Document Controller to establish, oversee, and manage project document control systems aligned with company, customer, and project requirements in Hertfordshire. This position is project-based, offering flexibility for occasional remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with specified company formats, templates, and standards for all information.
• Set up and manage the timely compilation of operational and maintenance manuals.
• Maintain comprehensive traceability of changes in documents and drawings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in Viewpoint software and a clear understanding of Workflow.
• Significant experience in main contracting projects ( 10- 40 million).
• Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems; education to NVQ level or equivalent.
