Position: Document Controller
The company are specialists in washroom and interior fit out. Their projects are delivered with a professional and personal touch.
The role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Assisting the Office Manager with any ad-hoc work as and when required
• Updating the company Contact/Telephone List.
• Maintain and control a secure Document Register (3.22).
• Issue Documents / Drawings from Procurement Manager, Project Manager or Design Co-Ordinator onto
Client Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Portal and update the relevant project document
submittal register
• Assist in maintaining the Business Management System (BMS) to ISO standards and issue updated
process to staff.
• Maintain and update company accreditations and PQQ request from Clients.
• Update and maintain the Company’s filing system to coordinate all the office and site administration in line with
the BMS.
• Prepare and issue site folders for Operational handover before each project
• Scanning delivery notes from projects onto the rox server
• Update and log all raw materials including FSC materials of input and output in m3 (volume) onto FSC/C02
Environmental Impact Register.
• Maintaining the office conditions including annual service of fire, electrical and intruder services.
• Carry out general administrative duties within the office
• Be first point of contact for the Company to visitors in the office or answering calls
• Maintaining all deliveries to offices and outgoing.
• Maintain the Company’s archive system and processes.
