SalaryOur global oil and gas client now seeks an experienced Document Controller to join them for a 12-month contract starting immediately, based in the Isle of Grain, however you will be required to travel to Hemel & Hamble locations too.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced Document Controller, ideally with experience in oil and gas. Hamble.
This position will be responsible for managing the office records for compliance, regulatory, company, and business documents.
Duties:
- Responsible for implementing the Office of Record documentation procedures and document retention requirements.
- Leads efforts to gather district equipment documentation and information and keep it current.
- Ensures project files are set up by the process and within compliance.
- Identifies and facilitates regional employee training for all documentation processes and procedures.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in record management/document management/document control.
- Experience working in an oil & gas company.
- IT Skills: ESRI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Maximo, Bently Alim, Documentum
