THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Law firm, who are seeking a Document Production Specialist to join on a permanent basis. This role is remote, working the Evening Shift, 16:00 – 12:00am.
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for formatting and producing high quality documents, letters, emails and memos
- Keeping the client informed and managing expectations
- Creating and rebranding external presentations
- Using Excel, modifying, entering basic formulae, resize and format cells
- You must have Document Production experience within the Legal sector
- Technical experience, converting/manipulating Word & PDF, hyperlinking, pagination and indexes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Audio, using BigHand
- High typing speed and strong attention to detail
