Document Scanning Operative

The Best Connection is currently working alongside their National Client to support them on a large contract which will be kicking off in Mid April for Document Scanners.
This role will be based in Deans Industrial Estate and will last up to 10 weeks, however there may be a view of this getting extended.
The role will involve:
Preparing documents for scanning
Take out any staples, folds, and attachments from the paperwork
Ensure all pages are scanned properly
Follow all processes that are place
Updating system with documents
To be successful for this role you will have the following:
Be able to read and write basis English
Have good communication skills
Have good attention to detail
Have the ability to lift small boxes of filled with paper
Be able to get to the site for the start and finish times
Hours:
Monday to Saturday with two options of shift patterns
6am till 2pm or 2pm till 10pm
Please note their will be Saturday work needed and this is part of the weekly shift pattern when required.
Once this contract is finished we have multiple contracts within the area that we can place you on.

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
