Dog Walker and Pet Sitter

Dog walking and Pet care isn't an 'easy job', it requires a lot of tenacity and skill. We are looking for a committed, caring and compassionate animal lover to join our team, someone with a 'can do' attitude, problem solving skills and a genuine love and passion for animals
We are looking for someone who:
Follow instructions as well as being able to think on their feet and make decisions quickly when it comes to dealing with unexpected problems/situations that may arise during a walk
Will look after dogs as if they are a member of the family
Use their vehicle, be willing to put dogs either in the back with a dog guard, or on the seats on harness and seatbelts (insurance, tax and MOT required)

What we need from you.
Experience with animals, dogs in particular, is ideal but training will be provided.
Exceptional time keeping and attention to detail
Confident communication skills (with humans and animals)
Commitment (our pets build relationships with you, so consistency is very important).

Our pet carers are self-employed and paid on a per booking - per walk/visit basis and your earning potential depends on how busy you want to be, with flexible hours (Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work).
Successful applicants must be willing to undergo DBS and reference checks, and canine first aid training. Immediate start for the right person.
