This role is a hybrid position, and the office is in central London.
The Senior Technical Services Manager Role
Working within a qualified and award-winning team, the Senior Technical Services Manager will have the autonomy of Design & Build fit out projects from conception to completion. As the Senior Technical Services Manager, you will be working alongside some of the most well-known companies in their respected fields.
The successful Senior Technical Services Manager will review design and drawings, the project programme and support pre contract and delivery teams.
The schemes you will be working on, consist of Commercial workspace, ranging from 5,000 sqft, to 25,000 sqft. Contract values will also be between £750K - £5M.

- Clear evidence of acting as a Senior Technical Services Manager
- Construction Fit Out knowledge is needed
- Design & Build exposure
- Team player
- Working in the Commercial & Office project space
- Spatial awareness
- Ideally come from an Interiors / Design / Architectural background
- Awareness of commercial decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Looking for a permanent position
