SPG have been approached by a leading financial services organisation, to hire them a Solutions Architect to work within the Customer Channels Domain. This domain is responsible for all customer facing channels such as: Mobile App, Website etc as well as the customer engagement telephony solutions.
About this role:
Working within the Customer Channels Domain, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing technology solutions to help the business achieve it's strategic goals. Collaborating closely with Technical Product Owners, Business Leads, and other Architects, you will design fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned with the technology strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design solutions adhering to Technology Assurance standards, emphasizing security and reliability.
- Develop balanced and pragmatic designs that cater to future business needs while maintaining current products.
- Lead architecture within the Customer Channels Domain, covering customer-facing channels, test, and robotics automation.
- Enable Omni Channel capabilities, focusing on integration patterns and API approaches.
- Collaborate with business owners to gather functional and non-functional technical requirements.
- Engage with managed service providers and SaaS solutions.
- Contribute to budget planning and financial management processes.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of microservice architecture based in Azure.
- Knowledge of API approach and integrations patterns and how to implement them.
- Experience of working with both in house and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions.
