Domestic Builder:

• Installs M&E team
• GBP14 hourly rate
• 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
• Office Location Croydon
• Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week

  City & Guilds / time served trades person

  Essential

• HEALTH & SAFETY

• Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training

  Essential

  Certificate of Training Achievement for Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day), or other.

  Desirable

  Cable avoidance tool and Genny training

  Essential

  Abrasive Wheel Training

  Essential

• EXPERIENCE

  Minimum of 2 years repairs and maintenance /construction site experience

  Essential

  Minimum of 2 years welding and fabrication experience

  Essential

  Experience in a customer service type role, dealing directly with residents

  Essential

  Climbing stairs and roles with a high degree of mobility, i.e. walking/lifting/loading & unloading vehicles

  Essential

  KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  Good understanding of verbal and written instructions

  Essential

  Understanding of and commitment to providing high quality services and customer care

  Essential

  Willingness and ability to undertake further training and development related to the role

  Essential

  Able to work self-supervised
