We are currently looking for an experienced Door Person located in Ascot. Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in Ascot. The successful Door Person will be responsible for welcoming guests on arrival and making them feel at home. They’ll also assist guests with any needs they have and communicate your expert knowledge on hotel facilities.

The Door Person will have:

• Bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team
• Have a talent for welcoming guests and building a relationship with them
• Have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
• Ideally have experience using the PMS system, Opera
• Be excellently presented at all times
