- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the hotel
- Assist guests with their luggage and belongings
- Provide helpful information and suggestions about the hotel and local attractions
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by monitoring and controlling access to the premises
- Coordinate with the concierge and front desk to provide seamless service to guests
- Assist with guest car parking and valet services
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Door Person or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location
