The Cadogan, A Belmond hotel is seeking a friendly and dependable Door Person to join our team at our esteemed hotel. As a Door Person, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your friendliness and efficiency will leave a lasting impression on our guests and contribute to their overall satisfaction during their stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the hotel
  • Assist guests with their luggage and belongings
  • Provide helpful information and suggestions about the hotel and local attractions
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment by monitoring and controlling access to the premises
  • Coordinate with the concierge and front desk to provide seamless service to guests
  • Assist with guest car parking and valet services

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Door Person or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location
