Drama Teacher

Vision for Education are recruiting for Teacher of Drama & Performing Arts for a secondary school based in Blackpool to start April 2024.

About the role

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and experience of teaching Drama & Performing Arts at KS3 and KS4 level.

This role will start April 2024 and be till July 2024. As this is to cover a resignation, there is potential for the role to extend on to a permanent contract from September 2024.

There may also be a requirement to teach some Key Stage 3 English classes, but support and resources would be provided.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Drama Teacher you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Be adaptable and flexible
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Hold QTS
