The Role
We are looking for an experienced Driving Recruitment Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for our driving division. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensuring the timely and efficient placement of qualified and compliant drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Understand your client’s recruitment requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilise your recruitment expertise to identify and seize opportunities.
Source, screen and conduct candidate interviews.
Lead and motivate your team to achieve business and personal goals.
Mentor and coach your team and support continuous professional development.
Engage in our bespoke training programme, tailored to rapidly enhance your market knowledge.
