Dual Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Dove & Hawk are working alongside family run independent agency, based in South-East London. They are looking for a Dual Sales & Lettings Negotiator, to join them in their newly refurbished office!
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a few years experience to join a friendly and dependable team, with high earning potential in their first year.
Duties

• Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and potential buyers, as well as prospect tenants and landlords.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers and ensuring the best outcome is agreed for the client.
• Booking and conducting valuations, to bring in new business (preferable).
• Achieving monthly and yearly targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - Spoken and Written.
• A positive disposition with both clients and colleagues.
• An in-depth knowledge on the Lettings and Sales market
• 2+ years' experience in Sales/Lettings.
• Friendly, positive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work well with members of the team.

Hours:
9:00-18:00 Mon - Thu, 9:00-17:30 Fri / if you work a Saturday, you will get a day off in lieu

Salary:
£21K - £24K Basic / £55K+ OTE + £1,440 Car Allowance per annum
10% on all lets & sales
