We are on the hunt for an experienced Remote Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant for a highly successful and long established travel company due to remarkable growth to work remotely. This opportunity is ideal for a leisure or business Travel Consultant conversant with GDS looking for an exciting career. We would consider travel professionals relocating from France, Netherlands or Germany to the UK as the role is homeworking or based there.

Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant – Duties:

• Looking after customers travel needs from first enquiry to travel completed whether by phone or email
• Provide a professional consultancy service for all clients, anticipating their needs and offering a range of value added solutions to exceed their expectations.
• Book a range of travel products and offer professional advice, inclusive of specialist fares.
• Use a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve and maintain targets whilst working efficiently
• Regularly check and action airline queue messages and monitor existing bookings that are on hold.

Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Passion and experience in business or leisure travel is essential.
• Fluent in speaking Dutch along with fluent English.
• Legal right to work and live in the UK.
• Native GDS experience, such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills who can deal with clients over the phone, emails and other channels such as webchats and social media.
