Information on the role
- Helping the company with their expanded growth and thus demand
- Home & site based, working on various sites nationwide
- Working alongside and complement site teams
- Meeting subcontractors and clients
- Tender and negotiate work
- Represent the company at meetings
- Report to a board of directors
What we’d like from you
- Previous Fit Out/Shop Fitting knowledge/experience
- Proven Contract Management experience
- Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
- Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
- Full driving license
- Commercially aware
- Ability to tender or negotiate work
