Job description

Student Services We are currently looking to recruit a new Duty, Assessment and Inclusivity Adviser on a 0.61FTE (30 hours over 39 weeks) basis. This is an exciting role based in the Duty, Assessment and Inclusivity (DAI) Team within the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Teams at Loughborough University. The role within the DAI Team will provide responsive and timely support to students who have been affected by any form of unwanted/inappropriate behaviours and/or violence, are experiencing an urgent and/or traumatic situations (including mental health crisis). In addition to students who have experienced any form of hate crime or discrimination. The team offer emotional and practical support through 1-1 appointments, manage cases of complex presentation and risk, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, advocate for students and provide training as required. This is a busy, demanding and rewarding role.
