. Duty Manager at M&S Simply Food Stansted Airport Rate of pay £12.63 per hour
We have full time(37.5) roles available at our M&S Brighton Station.As Duty Manager you will be working:
- shifts starting at 5am
- shifts finishing at 12amDue to required shift times, please ensure you have good transport connection prior to applying.Please note only candidates with relevant experience will be considered. As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.13 per hour!
Responsibilities for Duty Manager: - Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
- Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
- Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
- Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
- Trains the team on brand standards
