SalaryWe are seeking a confident/experienced Duty Manager to join our team.
Duties to include:
Open and close the venue on a daily basis, ensuring the high standards are met at all times. Making sure that everything is ready for business.
Managing smooth running of the bar, restaurant, Crazy Golf and sports Bar. Ensuring excellent front of house service to our customers. Allocate and support a team of up to 20 team members on shift, to ensure they provide excellent service to our very busy venue.
Responding to problems that may arise and keep management up to date.
Assisting in the recruitment, induction and training of team members. Making sure that everyone follows our high standards, correcting bad practice where needed.
Successfully sell, organise and run parties and events at the venue.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
