DUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are currently looking for a Duty Operations Manager to manage our new Harbour food hall, consisting of Italian, Asian, Fish and Chips, pasta, hotdogs, burger outlets, Dessert Island and Silvers Bar.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To ensure the smooth running of the business with the responsibility of approximately 20 – 30 staff and supervisors during the peak season, so the ability to remain focused while ensuring all staff are performing tasks in a professional and efficient manner is essential.
Encourage, motivate, and inspire your team with good leadership skills.
The manager will be fully committed to supporting the core objectives of the business needs.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as and when required in a fast-paced environment.
This will primarily be a ‘hands on’ position, and the successful candidate will be required to work operationally as and when required to assist in a speedy and efficient service for our customers.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience in a management/supervisory role within a busy/fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer services skills.
Interact efficiently with all levels of the team.
Enthusiastic and committed approach with a great work ethic.
Ability to work well as a team and independently.
