Seeking a personable individual who is passionate about Dynamics 365 Business Central and surrounding technology, can strongly lead a technical team and enjoys working with customers to implement effective solutions.

As the successful Dynamics 365 Business Central DevelopmentTeam Lead you will have:

• Solid Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) experience
• Experience with git-based source control systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub etc)
• Deep technical understanding of C/AL and AL
• Creating AL modules as needed
• Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and SSRS and indexing/keys experience.
• Experience with third party ISVs such as; Jet Reports, MobileNAV, Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS etc
• Experience coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery on budget
• Team Leadership Experience, building a strong team culture by fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability
• Prior experience mentoring junior members of the team
• Previous experience working within a Consultancy / Microsoft Partner environment would be a real plus point.
• Any certifications relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.
• Valid UK driver’s license (should client site visits be required at any point)

As the successful Dynamics 365 Business Central DevelopmentTeam Lead you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring utilisation for direct reports and helping to drive sustainable growth
• Providing sales and pre-sales support through technical expertise and customer engagement
• Understanding client requirements and business challenges, documenting required components such as data, workflow, and dependencies
• Defining a scope of work, cost estimate and delivery schedule
• Developing and supporting new and existing customisations
• Creating multi-tenant capable solutions
• Providing ad-hoc user training where required
• Debugging Business Central and NAV issues both on prem and in the cloud
