Dynamics CRM Analyst - £70,000 + Benefits

Pearson Carter are currently working with a SAP Microsoft Partner in the recruitment space, Powering digital transformations across the globe by connecting the best SAP and tech talent to the right roles.

Responsibilities:

• Administer MS Dynamics 365.
• Run and action daily data housekeeping routines.
• Provide support to c200+ users.
• Work with the Training & Development team for new user training, set-up and support, with a focus on functional training.
• Create and deliver reports.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Play a championing role and educate the worforce on the capabilities, potential uses and benefits of the CRM system.

Experience Required:

• Significant experience of working with Dynamics 365 in a similar role.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 to a 1st and 2nd line degree.
• Experience creating and managing Dashboards and Views in Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing Data Quality in a CRM System.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data analytics and reporting experience is extremely desirable.
• Good power platform experience (Flows/Automate) is extremely desirable.

Location

London (2x per week in office)
