This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week travel to the organisations global tech hub based in Gateshead.

The Role
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant position will see you provide functional and technical expertise for our global CRM system. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a comprehensive set of functional requirements are captured and delivered.
The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:
- Experience within a similar role
- Working knowledge of D365 CE
- Working knowledge of CRM related design and development with recent lifecycle experience in implementations of D365
- Good understanding of user management, security roles, business units assigned to user.
- Good understanding of workflows and power automate
- Ability to adapt to moving business needs
