Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm

Job Purpose
As an ecommerce associate, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills along with impeccable attention to detail. A natural problem-solver, you will also need to be proficient in data manipulation and analysis.
In the role as the Ecommerce Associate, you will work with a fun and collaborative in-house ecommerce team. You will work across three main areas across Product, Promotions and Customer experience with a few key responsibilities within those areas.
You will be ensuring products launch on time, merchandising the sites to optimise/ increase conversion, and identifying opportunities of growth.
Main Activities
· Management of the UK, EU & USA Amazon accounts, solving any issues that arise through Amazon Seller Central
· Assisting with the Shopify, Woocommerce & Mercardo Libre accounts
· Manage and update website content for online stores.
· Review and maintain landing pages, product listings, product descriptions, and other information.
· Analize market trends and customer behaviour.
· Process payments and returns.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns, always increasing the online presence of the products and company.
· Oversee Product listings and inventory, including Amazon FBA.
· Provide customer service and assist customers to complete their order.
· Analize sales-related data to predict future sales and all future stock requirements.
· Manage product reviews left on all eCommerce sites, uploading extra reviews.
· Monitoring eCommerce traffic and customer reviews to gauge reactions to new products and business changes.
· Provide support to category development and maintenance efforts by researching competitive landscapes and making pricing and promotions recommendations.

Demonstrable experience as an eCommerce Associate, experience of Managing accounts on Amazon and Webstore are essential and experience on Mercado Libre, AliExpress and Shopee are desirable. - E/D
