E-Disclosure Project Coordinator - Knowledge Management - International Law firm City of London
Hybrid working - 60-70k depending on experience + Excellent Bens.
International Law firm in the city of London have an opening for an E-Disclosure Project Co-coordinator.
Experience required
- Experience of working at a law firm (essential), and preferably also an eDisclosure vendor.
- Previous experience of eDisclosure of at least project management level is essential.
- An understanding of the legal framework of eDisclosure, existing rules, protocols, practices, and relevant legal and industry standards is essential.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Relativity, NUIX, SQL, SharePoint, MS Office (including Excel, and Project), EDRM methodology and Magnum are essential.
- Credible, with strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Able to work under own initiative when required
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to dealing with multiple projects to strict deadlines
The role requires someone who
- Is technically proficient in Relativity /Rel One- and ideally DISCO etc.
- Has experience of litigation eDisclosure ( as opposed to investigations) and ideally of the Disclosure Pilot and DRD
- Is happy to set up and maintain projects
- Is able to work with fee earners internally and external panel vendors
- Can monitor costs and deal with issues at the first stage ( I will remain an escalation point)
- Can help educate and train fee earners
- Can help develop our internal guidance and policies
- Can assist with eBundles and later DSARS
