E- Drive Systems - Systems Owner

Job Summary:

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and be part of the electric revolution? We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven E-Drive Systems Owner to join our client's team. As the Systems Owner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge electric Drive Systems for our vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and integration of e-Drive Systems, ensuring their performance meets high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Oversee system-level validation and calibration activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage the delivery of e-drive system projects within budget and time constraints.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and emerging technologies related to e-Drive Systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and support problem-solving activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in e-Drive Systems development and integration.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle architecture, power electronics, and electric machine technologies.
• Proficient in system-level modelling, simulation, and control techniques.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Pattern: Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 per year
