E-Learning Technician
Are you looking to take the first steps towards a career as an e-Learning technician? Embark on a fulfilling journey to develop innovative eLearning courses to support early years education and become an integral part of the organisation's innovative team.
This is an entry level role and will provide you with the opportunity to learn and work alongside an experienced team of IT professionals.
Position: E-Learning Technician
Location: Huddersfield, Hybrid (2/3 days office)
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Salary: £24,500 - £26,000
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Tech Support: Provide rapid and effective support to users, ensuring seamless operation.
Creative Content: Craft and curate high quality eLearning courses and content using cutting-edge software.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the eLearning Developer and Early Years team to enhance online course material.
Feedback Integration: Evaluate customer feedback to refine future design and development.
LMS Management: Act as the first-line support for LMS issues, ensuring smooth resolution
Troubleshooting Expert: Diagnose faults, troubleshoot operating systems, and maintain online accessibility.
Data Security: Apply GDPR, and Data Protection Act principles, and ensure data security.
Tech Innovation: Stay ahead with emerging technologies, ensuring cutting-edge software skills.
Team Collaboration: Work with the IT team and across the organisation on key projects and services.
Efficiency Enhancement: Identify time or cost-saving initiatives for operational efficiency.
About You:
You will possess solid technical skills and be familiar with eLearning platforms, looking to take the first steps towards a career as an E-Learning Technician.
Key qualifications and characteristics include:
Educated to GCSE level standard (including Maths, English and IT) or equivalent
Technical skills and familiarity with eLearning platforms.
Good level of organisational and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised team worker
Experience of working with website platforms and CRM systems
Relevant practical experience of working with eLearning platforms and packages
Experience of working in a customer-facing support role
Professional attitude and a strong work ethic
Motivated to learn and pursue a career in IT
