Position: EA Administrator
Salary: £22,000 - £24000 PA
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick CV34, office based with possibility of hybrid
Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Our client is looking for a EA Administrator to support the Executive Assistant and Management Team.
EA Administrator duties include:
• Organising and minuting meetings
• Follow up on any actions noted in the meetings
• Point of contact for enquiries for all our volunteer ambassadors
• Assisting with the recruitment process of ambassadors
• Assist with processing ambassador expenses claims, adhering to the company expenses policy
• Liaise with suppliers and co-ordinate building maintenance works.
• Liaising with the ICT provider when there are IT problems in Head Office.
• Assist with employee leavers process
• Raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices and tracking spend.
• Being one of the main points of contact for staff queries when you are in the Head Office.
The business is steadily growing and this role will develop through time. This would be ideal for someone who is interested in pursuing a career within a PA/EA role.
EA Administrator person specification:
