A global investment bank is looking for a 1st class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support (1 yr maternity cover FTC).
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
- Making full preparations for meetings
- Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
- Building internal and external relationships at C-Suite level
- Creating and editing reports and presentations
- Acting as point of contact; coordinating and setting up calls and meetings, always understanding priorities
- Coordinating client hospitality
- Private work with some out of hours support
The skills you need to bring:
- Senior EA experience gained within a Banking firm
- Flawless communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
