Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team for a short-term cover assignment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining efficient communication.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience necessary.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced Financial Services firm, ideally an Investment Manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
