We are working with a UK focused Private Markets Investment Manager which is seeking to hire a commercially minded Corporate Investor Relations Associate to their London office. What the job involves
The group is now seeking to hire a Corporate Investor Relations Associate. This individual will be responsible for delivering the Corporate IR strategy, working closely with the Corporate IR Senior Manager and Managing Director.
Initially, the role will focus on the preparation/drafting of investor materials and announcements, whilst also managing the IR calendar. As the role develops, there is scope for significant growth including increased interaction with both equity research analysts and investors, as well as specialisation in areas of interest.
- Initial drafting and verification of key IR materials: including results reports, presentations, Q&As and scripts
- Project manage the production of the Annual Report
- Organise the logistics and project manage all financial calendar events: full year and half year results, quarterly reporting, Capital Markets Events
- Manage collection and reporting of the company shareholder register
- Organise investor roadshow logistics and schedules
- Partner with Group FP&A to ensure that company compiled consensus estimates are updated and uploaded to the company website as required
- Manage the IR section of the Group website
- Monitor peer group results and announcements, and report on these to key internal stakeholders
- Strong academics with previous experience in Corporate Investor Relations, Audit, or Corporate Broking / Equity Sales
- Familiar with the valuation and modelling techniques used by investors and equity research analysts
- Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
- Organised and detail orientated, being able to manage a wide variety of deliverables effectively
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
