Ea Pa Senior Administrator

An urgent role has just arrived for a PA/EA/senior administrator to support IMT Director.

ASAP Start

GBP13 - GBP15/hr dependant on experience

Based in Swindon

Until September

Must be confident in using TEAMS to arrange meetings, rooms etc

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and provide support for meetings, agenda development, and report circulation. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring the department operates smoothly by providing administrative support and project coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive secretarial, administrative, and office organisation experience in a busy office

• Experience handling confidential information with discretion, tact, and sensitivity

• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels

• Proven experience managing complex and constantly changing diaries

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, juggle conflicting demands, and manage multiple tasks

• Experience maintaining office and administrative systems,

• Ability to assess and anticipate needs intelligently
