Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a proactive Senior Financial Administrator for our client's expanding Financial Administration Team. Located in Lichfield, this permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity for a candidate passionate about financial services. The role is adaptable for full-time or part-time candidates and offers a salary between £20,000 and £28,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers
• Draft and distribute correspondence, including letters and emails
• Act as a point of contact for clients, life offices, and internal business members
• Maintain accurate company administration systems and ensure client data is up-to-date
• Manage daily work flow via the diary management system
• Assist in overseeing the Financial Advisers' portfolio of existing business and pipeline
• Ensure compliance with FCA and Company guidelines in new business files
• Prepare and format reports according to Company standards
• Organise new business packs for Adviser client meetings
• Submit case applications to providers
• Implement structure within the department under the direction of the Team Manager
• Provide training, support, and guidance to the department

Key Criteria:

• Previous experience in Financial Administration
• Commitment to obtain Financial Administration qualifications
• Effective organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Proficiency with Xplan, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality
• Willingness to learn and undertake suitable training
• Self-motivated and capable of working both in teams and independently
• GCSE A* - C in Mathematics and English or equivalent
• Passion for career development and progression
