My client is seeking an EA to CEO. This role encompasses a unique blend of traditional EA responsibilities and substantial project involvement.
This role is ideal for ambitious graduates who crave hands-on involvement, a steep learning curve, and a pathway for career progression. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage traditional EA duties while actively contributing to projects (50% EA duties, 50% projects).
- Liaise with high-profile and High Net Worth contacts, attending meetings with/for CEO.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and organisational skills, remaining calm under pressure and effectively prioritising tasks.
- Present a polished and client-facing demeanour, showcasing drive, intelligence, and a keen willingness to learn.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building strong relationships in person and over the phone.
- Showcase impeccable spelling and grammar skills, ensuring the highest standard of written communication.
