THE COMPANY:
Our client is a multinational insurance company who are seeking an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to join their team in London.
THE ROLE:
- Managing the CFO’s diary, appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and amend presentations, reports and general documents
- Support projects, organise financial records and correspond with stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation
THE PERSON:
- Experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder liaison skills, excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst being approachable
- Highly organised, confident and flexible
