There’s plenty of scope for involvement and to benefit fully from the opportunity, the role is in-office every day.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Acting as first point of contact for CEO
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and the wider team
- Diary management, forward planning, email and communication management
- Screening emails and telephone calls
- Creating internal knowledge documents
- Interpreting instructions efficiently and actioning as appropriate
- Arranging events, booking venues, equipment and refreshments
- Managing, organising and updating data
- Researching and investigating information to enable strategic decision-making
- Creating financial presentations and reports
- Overseeing smooth running of the office
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous senior-level OM / EA experience in a fast-paced global organisation
- Great interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Advanced MS Office
- Financially literate
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt in an often changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
