A very successful Chairman/Founder/UHNWI is looking to hire an EA to join their executive support team of 4. This is a very intense and full on role which requires someone with immaculate attention to detail, someone ultra responsive and has experience supporting someone from the Forbes 100 rich list in the past.  
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy and full on EA role where you will be part of a team and supporting predominantly within the travel logistics of the Chair and family, from chartered business class flights for business to private jets. For the right person, you would be able to travel with the Chair during business trips! Typical duties include:

• Extensive planning and coordination of travel - business class, chartering private jets, finding creative ways for him and his entourage to travel, sometimes at short notice. 
• Able to keep on top of his inbox – this is the source for you to know everything which is going on. You will be cc’d on every email so traffic is high and it is up to your own initiative to know what to respond to and what is an FYI
• Support and manage charitable relationships for a variety of courses the Chairman is very passionate about
• Taking ownership of projects – working so closely with such a successful person, this is always something which needs researching, actioning and assisting.
• Creating a variety of reports – trackers, financials, project related. This UHNW likes to feel that they know what is going on within his office!
• Expense management

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar EA role supporting a UHNW founder in a business capacity. Due to the level of who you would be supporting, you would be someone OK with contact outside of office hours, someone who is able to work at pace and juggle multiple plates whilst making it all look effortless!  
Essential requirements:

• Solid experience supporting UHNW in a business capacity (Founder, CEO, Chair)
• Demonstratable experience working in fast paced environment  
• Experience in reporting detailed updates and comfortable working in this manner
• Able to work in a team that collectively supports the same person but covers different areas.
