Ea To Partnership Director

We are working on a really exciting temp to perm EA opportunity, supporting the Partnership Director within an organisation that is making huge strides within ESG.
Our client is dynamic, forward thinking, passionate and has a great working culture with a cohesive team who are working towards a shared goal.
This is a new role and due to the immediate need we are seeking a proactive, proven, and excellent communicator who is a brilliant EA but also has experience with project management. 
If you love innovation, have strong C-Suite EA experience and are natural team player this is a natural next step.

Duties include: 
•    Manage the Partnerships Director’s inbox ensuring actions are followed up 
•    Manage the Partnership Director’s diary, anticipating and responding to issues before and as they arise 
•    Proactively engaging with stakeholders and team members 
•    Prepare the Partnerships Director for meetings 
•    Attend meetings 
•    Arrange complex global travel  
•    Lead engagement with Board of Directors and Investment Committee
•    General administrative duties 

Required:
•    Natural decision-maker, with an ability to think under pressure and display good judgement
•    Ability to predict and plan the needs of the Partnerships Director, whilst also communicating effectively and efficiently
•    Hyper-organised – a great time manager!
•    Love technology and innovation
