Sellick Partnership are happy to be working exclusively with one of the UK's leading Construction companies who are looking for a Legal Operations Director - Head Data Privacy Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis. This is a company with a global presence and are responsible for some of the most recognisable projects across the UK.
The Construction Company are currently looking for an experienced data protection and privacy professional to lead the Data Privacy team, as well as monitoring and managing a 3 year Data Privacy plan. Which is a key part of the companies business strategy over the coming years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with expertise in Data Privacy looking for a new role with a company at the forefront of what they do.
As a Head Data Privacy Lawyer, your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing the Data Privacy team
- Implementing a data protection framework across the company
- Responsible for Data Privacy training across the organisation
- Managing data breaches, including investigations and recommendations to the Board
